PHP Developer

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced PHP Developer to join a dynamic team working on innovative and business-critical digital solutions.

Work mode: Hybrid from Cracow (1-2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic, high-performing web applications using PHP and Laravel.

• Work across the full stack, contributing to both frontend and backend codebases.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Prioritize building features that enhance user satisfaction and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with strong focus on performance and scalability.

• Implement robust testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and peer code reviews.

• Support continuous integration and deployment processes for smooth feature releases.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years (L2) or 5+ years (L3) of experience in full-stack development using PHP and Laravel.

• Proven ability to design intuitive, customer-friendly interfaces.

• Experience with optimizing web application performance and scalability.

• Practical knowledge of AWS services in development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS or VueJS.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Exposure to server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js) or microfrontend architecture.
